Our offerings include personalized job matching, facilitating seamless networking between recruiters and skilled professionals, and furnishing resources for career advancement. As long as you consent to and comply with these Terms, you are welcome to utilize the Service. These Terms are applicable to all users of the Website, encompassing both visitors and registered users.

Job Seekers - Job Seekers (i.e full time, part time employees to freelancers and gig workers), also referred to as “User”, agree to use all resources on the Website solely for personal, individual non-commercial use and agree not to share, sell, distribute, or disclose to any third party or on any other website any content which appears on the Website.

Employers- Employers, also referred to as "User" or "Employer(s)," interested in and requesting membership to use TruTrabazo service ("Membership") will be invited to do so at the sole discretion of TruTrabazo.

• Employers must be legitimate, possessing a well-established and positive reputation. Membership approval is contingent upon satisfying TruTrabazo's guidelines. Any Employer engaging in questionable or scam-related behavior will not be approved for Membership, or may have their Membership revoked.

• Employer accounts can also be created by the appropriate Human Resources Manager, Executive, or Recruiter from within and must be approved by the Employer organization.

• If Membership is approved, Employers must be hiring for current employment opportunities, which may include flexible work elements such as remote work options, freelance contracts, or part-time, flexible, or alternative schedules when posting jobs or contacting candidates.

• Employers are explicitly prohibited from soliciting potentially invasive personal or financial information from candidates/Users in the database during the job application/advertisement process, such as social security numbers, credit card details, or bank account numbers.

• Business opportunities, including any job requiring an investment or payment to get started, are not permitted on the Website.

• Employers agree that, as part of the job posting process, all information, logos, or images uploaded or shared on the Website are part of the definition of User Content and will be treated as such according to these Terms. TruTrabazo may utilize User Content for content creation, in marketing materials, and any other way in compliance with this Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

• TruTrabazo reserves the right to discontinue any accounts that violate (either overtly or even just the intentions of) our policies or terms of use, misuse our service in any way, and/or are not in keeping with the mission of our service, solely at our discretion.

Registering of User Account

In registering or creating an account on the Website, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by the Website during registration.

• Maintain and promptly update the registration data to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete.

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

TruTrabazo, at its sole discretion, may pursue legal remedies, including:

• Removal of your User Content from the Website.

• Immediate termination of your registration or ability to access the Website, any other TruTrabazo sites, and/or any other services provided by TruTrabazo, upon any breach of these Terms or inability to verify/authenticate submitted information.

TruTrabazo also reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including claims by a third party that a username violates their rights.

You agree not to register for an Account on behalf of an individual other than yourself or any unauthorized group/entity unless authorized to bind such entity to these Terms. By registering another person, group, or entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Job Postings

TruTrabazo reserves the right to reject job postings at our discretion. Additionally, our Website facilitates the posting of Resume Profiles and related application materials by candidates, as well as job applications. However, TruTrabazo is not an Employer, headhunter, staffing agency, or similar entity concerning the use of our Website or services. Therefore, TruTrabazo shall not be held responsible for any employment decisions made by entities posting jobs on our Site.

While we make extensive efforts to screen and censor listings to prevent scams, abuse, and illegal activity, we are not liable for actual interactions or negotiations between potential Employers and candidates. Nor are we responsible for confirming or controlling the quality, accuracy, or legality of information provided by Users (candidates and Employers) on the Website.

TruTrabazo reserves the right to take any necessary or appropriate action concerning User Content if it believes such content could create liability. While TruTrabazo may, at its discretion, remove User Content, job postings, resumes, or other material from the Website, we are under no obligation to do so and disclaim any liability for failing to take such action.

Resume

When you choose to share a resume, both you and the resume associated with you will be automatically included as part of TruTrabazo’s database, and your resume will be searchable by other users unless you actively opt out. TruTrabazo does not control how third parties will use the information made available by you through the submission of your resume. Therefore, you agree to share your resume and the personal information within it at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruTrabazo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of the resume and its inclusion in our public resume database.

Please note that cancelling your account will not automatically unpublish your resume. By sharing your resume with third parties, you do so at your own risk. Once your resume is published, we have no control over your publicly available data.

Payment and subscriptions

If you purchase any services offered by TruTrabazo for a fee, whether on a one-time or subscription basis, you agree that TruTrabazo's third-party vendors may store your payment information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the services you order, including periodic fees for monthly or annual subscriptions, as they become due, along with all related taxes, and to reimburse all collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts.

Any recurring charge will be fixed at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase. The specific billing terms for the services you order will be described on the offer page of the Website. When you sign up for automatic or recurring billing, you will receive notification of the billing terms and how to stop recurring billing on your transaction receipt. By signing up for TruTrabazo’s services with recurring billing, you agree to those billing terms as described specifically on the Website.

For unscheduled purchases, when available, you agree that TruTrabazo will charge your payment method on file for each such purchase individually, at the time of purchase. These individual transactions are final.

Your obligation to pay fees continues until the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscription. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide at the time of purchase.

Please note that TruTrabazo can alter the prices of its services at any time, at its sole discretion.

You bear full responsibility for your conduct while accessing or using the Website, and you are obligated to comply with these Terms, as well as relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Your utilization of the Website must align with legality, propriety, and adherence to these Terms and applicable laws. You confirm that your use of the Websites will not include:

• Posting of hate-related or violent, defamatory, racially offensive material, or is otherwise harmful, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, or vulgar, or any material with the intention to commit or promote an illegal act;

• Infringes upon any applicable laws, rules, or regulations;

• Posting of materials that are not your original work, violate, plagiarize, or incorporate the proprietary materials of others, or infringe on the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, or personal and proprietary rights.

• Sharing any personal information, including but not limited to the contact details, or email IDs by any user, or any other person including but not limited to freelancers or employers on our platform is prohibited. In such cases truTrabazo.com or its affiliates retains the right to permanently block any such User who violates this policy without any prior information.

• Copying or modifying any data files, program files, software, code, proprietary methods, systems, or other materials available for download or provided on the Website without prior written permission from us and our applicable licensors is prohibited.

• Engaging in activities that may constitute "System Abuse," such as sending mail bombs, spamming, or any other activity that adversely affects the operation or enjoyment of the Website by any other person, is prohibited.

• Using automated software or devices, such as spiders, robots, or data mining techniques, to download, store, distribute, or reproduce content within the Website is prohibited.

You agree that the appropriate court(s) in Delhi, India, will have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising under these Terms of Use and You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such forum.

Any claims arising from your use of the Websites must be initiated within one (1) year from the occurrence of the cause of action. These Terms are governed by and will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, which are applicable to agreements made and to be performed solely within Delhi, India without regard to principles of conflicts of law. In any action involving any of the parties, whether arising from these Terms or otherwise, each party irrevocably and unconditionally consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Delhi, India.

Furthermore, if any dispute, allegation, or claim (including any non-contractual claim) arises concerning the Website or these Terms, both parties agree to send a written notice to the other party containing a reasonable description of the dispute and a proposed resolution.
