You can look for assignment or project opportunities in the find assignments section on your dashboard. In this section, you can search and apply for assignments that are a best match to your profile.

When you click 'apply,' your comprehensive profile and any supplied papers are immediately forwarded to the company. However, we have seen that the corporation may take a few days to answer due to various stakeholders at their end, other pressing issues, and so on. If the company does not respond within a week of your application, we can assist you in following up.

Yes, companies can request TruTrabazo to check portions of your skill profile if you have not already done so. We will, of course, ask for your permission, and the information required for conducting the employment and reference checks. You can also cancel the request, in which case the process will be terminated.

You can choose to carry out both employment/reference checks, or choose one among the two. With this, a company who reviews your profile will have the needed assurance.

We recommend that you be specific about your requirements while filling out the assignment specifics. We have created a proprietary system that matches the candidate's profile to your job description, which we are constantly improving. As a result, providing additional specifics about the assignment and the skills necessary will result in more appropriate applications.

Once your job or project has been posted, the admin will review it for completeness and suitability. Then, mailers containing opportunities will be shared with the potential professionals who have the necessary skill set. As the process moves ahead, you will get application materials for the job or project post, which you can shortlist or deprioritize using the shared employee and consultant dashboard. Of course, there is no requirement that the interaction be one-sided, and you are free to search for viable prospects. In fact, you may explore a list of matching profiles on the dashboard and get in touch with applicants you think would be a good fit. Once you have a pool of applicants, either via requests for contact or inbound applications, you are free to use your internal selection procedure.

We typically invoice our clients twice a month, though there is some flexibility here. Invoices are generated with Net 10 terms, so our clients have an opportunity to review the charges prior to processing.
